Consult – Set up a consultation
After answering your questions, we will be glad to set up a free consultation.  A consultation is a meeting at the home of the one needing services, where our consultant will help decide on a plan of care.

Confirm – Enlist services of TTSS
Now that you have determined the type of care needed, our consultant can help you confirm the services you need.  An information form will be filled out with vital information about the person needing care.  At that time it will also be determined how often a caregiver will come and how long they will stay.  Then a contract is signed between the TTSS representative and the responsible party to begin services. As soon as possible, a caregiver will be assigned and a call will be made to you with information about the caregiver and the time and date the caregiver will start services.
