At Tender Touch Senior Services, our caregivers are carefully chosen to provide the best possible care for our clients.  Each employee is checked to make sure they are compassionate, honest and reliable.  Our caregivers are varied in ages, abilities and personalities to ensure that, when called upon, we can match a caregiver to meet the needs of our clients.  All of our caregivers are employees of Tender Touch Senior Services and, as employees, are our responsibility.  All payroll taxes, liability insurance, workers comp insurance and surety bonding is covered by Tender Touch Senior Services.  All of our caregivers are given a thorough reference check to ensure, to the best of our knowledge, that they are people of good character and honest and compassionate in their work.
